Simply Irresistible

I have had the luxury of taste testing products from a new sweets company, called SimplyIrresistibleSweets.

This company was established at the start of the New Year for 2009. Knowing that her food was loved by everyone, Stephanie, the founder began to explore other avenues. She soon realized that she possessed a skill that stretched beyond dinner and breaskfast, she was great at making candy and chocolates.

As she began to make recipes that she could call her own, and even alter already exixiting recipes she began to think about how simple it would be to share this love and joy with others. As someone who loves to see people eat her cooking, she set out to form this company and she did.

Simply Irresistible Sweets is set to debut on the 1st of February, but is already on demand by those within the Midwest. It is anticipated to be popular throughout the USA within a year of production.

Simply Irresistible Sweets focuses on making sweets tasty, but not too sweet. Stephanie believes that their is a balance between delicious and healthy, rather healthier.

Simply Irresistible Sweets speacializes in Nutty Monkey Fudge, an original recipe, Stephanie's original sweet potato pies and custards, sugar cookies and chocolate covered cherries. Simply Irreistible Sweets also produces tasty and delicious fudges, such as its infamous Orange Cream fudge. It also has various muffins, chocloates, cookies and great caramels.

For more information on this company and even to order, go to www.simplyirresistiblesweets.com.

Riot over Oscar Grant lll death on New Years Day

People in California are tired of justice not being served and began to riot as a result of the shooting death of Oscar Grant lll on New Years Day. BART police talked about brand new patrol cars being destroyed but not why the incident had occurred.

In no way is the riot justified, but sit and think about why citizens sometimes feel that things along these lines are end results. Both parties are wrong, but one incident could have been prevented if justice had instantly been served. Unfortunately, this riot may also being credited to African American behavior.

One thing that is important for African Americans to remember is that we are judged, people in general are judged according to behavior. If we present our rage and disgust for the issue this way, it doesn't do anything but cause more problems. However, if we take that rage and disgust and exemplify it professionally, the results tend to be better and more respected. This is something to keep in mind.

Below is the video of the riot happening in California.

Criminals of the Law

On New Years Day, 22 yr. old Oscar Grant lll was fatally shot by a BART police officer. grant who was obviously unarmed, and handcuffed was put to the ground face down and ruffled by the officers, until one decided to end the young man's life. Grant was out with friends that day and wound up the target of a unjustified shooting.

While there were many onlookers and witnesses that came forward telling what they saw, along with video footage, it is still unclear as to whether or not the officer will be charged with murder. As we all know. there have been many times when citizens, become victims to police brutality and fatality. These very officers seem to "get off" every time, or receive the "light" punishment. However, if it were someone who did not hide behind a badge, would they too receive such "light" punishments.

Police have killed time and time again, those who have not caused them any harm and who leave behind loved ones. We always focus on the good that  the police do, but what about the tragedies that they cause to innocent peoples' families. Just because they have a shield that declares them keeper's of the peace, doesn't mean that their intentions are good, and doesn't mean that they will do just that. One thing we can say is that it most likely mean's they have a "get out of jail free card." So, are we all pawns in a monopoly game, or are we people who deserve to live peacefully and willfully without ducking and dodging police brutality.

Let's ask Sean Bell  who was murdered in 2006, the morning of his wedding. Let's ask Amandou Diallo who was shot 41 times in 1999.  Lets ask 23 year old Michael Pleasance who was shot in the head by a Chicago police officer in 2003. Tha same officer was promoted to Detective in 2005. We can't ask these gentlemen because they were murdered and their murderers were not brought to justice.

Read the below paragraphs so that you too can get some insight on rights of victims families and never let these people get away with murder.

Police officers are only authorized to use force that corresponds to situational demands. When a police officer negligently discharges his weapon, applies an improper submission hold, or uses an excessive amount of force that results in death, the victims family has the right to bring a wrongful death claim as well an action for the violation of the victim's civil rights. 42 U.S.C. §1983, allows individuals to bring suits in federal courts for civil rights violations.

The consequences of police misconduct can be grave. Wrongful shootings, as well as "less lethal" weapons like Tasers and Mace have caused many deaths. Certain methods of restraint and transportation have been linked to fatalities. The wrongful death lawyers at Walkup Melodia understand what it takes to tackle a case against the police, sheriff or highway patrol. Whether a death results from inadequate training, negligence, or conscious abuse of authority, our police brutality wrongful death team has been there before.

Video of when police may be justified for a shooting... even though they were not present... this would be a good time to save "INNOCENT" lives.

Respect of a Beautiful Woman

Being a woman, particularly an African American woman with a big booty and a nice shape, it is hard to get males and women alike to extend the type of respect that they should.

It never fails to walk down the street and have someone honk a horn at you, say "hey girl" or come up to you attempting to "spit game," because of particular body part or your shape. Some people may say that it is not disrespectful and some women may like it, but it is far from the respect that women deserve. There are times when people make the comment that what we wear determines the type of attention we seek, and in some cases that may be true but in many it is not. Regardless of what a woman decides to wear, it does not give anyone the heads up to disrespect her, hell it may be hot as hell out that day, and she may have wanted to wear some short shorts and a tank tee. That doesn't mean she is a hoe, bust down or a hooch and it damn sure doesn't mean that guys or females get to disrespect her.

On top of that having "assets" also opens the door for women to be disrespectful towards other women because of their fugures. How many times have I had women "hate on me" because of my "assets," many. That is just pathetic, because none of uus can control how we were made, and I know I am not made at my genetics, but why does how we are made determine if some people jion the "hate on me" team? These are questions that I have yet to get an affirmative answer to because the haters don't want to comment on themselves. i know this much if I see a woman "doing the damn thing," I will extend a compliment with the quickness, but hey that's just me.

Hey, sometimes even extending a genuine comliment towards another woman is taken wrong, but that is a different article all together. However, check out this video and see what women go through with having "assets." Then check out the video with Buffy the Body who makes the disrespect that women go through, acceptable. She really needs to listen to what she says, and not say it anymore.
